About the Event
The TwenTea Company's TeaTime is far from what your grandmother would envision a tea party to be. This experience skillfully weaves in nostalgic remnants of a classic tea party (i.e. vintage fashion and tea party décor) with urban culture, modern tea-inspired beverages, good food, and plenty of photo opportunities!Â
As is a customary practice of The TwenTea Company, 20% of the gross profits from this event will be donated to a nonprofit organization involved in the fight against suicide. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is dedicated to saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide. AFSP creates a culture that’s smart about mental health through education and community programs, develops suicide prevention through research and advocacy, and provides support for those affected by suicide. Led by CEO Robert Gebbia and headquartered in New York, and with a public policy office in Washington, D.C., AFSP has local chapters in all 50 states with programs and events nationwide. Â
Purchase a general admission ticket for access to an open bar, lite bites, and some of the finest teas Twentea has to offer, or gather five friends and reserve a table for the full Afternoon Tea experience. Â

What Color will you be Wearing?
This year's theme, The Color Tea, honors those who have been impacted by suicide. We will be wearing the designated colors that represent different relationships to suicide, such as orange for those who lost a sibling, silver for those who have lost a first responder or member of the military, and blue for those who support suicide awareness. We invite you to join us and show your support by wearing one of these colors. Together, we can create a powerful and lasting reminder that suicide prevention is an important part of our society. So, what color will you be wearing?
