/ Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on orders over $100

TwenTea Co. offers free ground shipping on all orders over $100. 

Shipping Method/Shipping Time

 

Most orders are processed and submitted to USPS within 2 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking numbers will be e-mailed at the time of shipment for most items. Shipping time in the continental United States is typically 2-3 days.  TwenTea Co. does not offer international shipping at this time. 

Please note: USPS Priority Mail automatically estimates anywhere between 1-3 days to ship to continental US. However, in our experience, this can vary. The USPS provides estimates only and we do not guarantee arrival time.

 

Packages do not ship from our store on weekends and the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • 4th of July

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day

  • Labor Day

  • President’s Day

  • Juneteenth

  • Thanksgiving

  • Memorial Day

  • Christmas

/ PRIVACY & SAFETY

We at The TwenTea Company, are serious about our customers and respect your right to privacy.  Never, under any circumstances, will we ever use your information for anything other than ensuring that you get the products you need and have a pleasant customer experience.  Nor will we share your information with any outside parties.  We will not violate this philosophy. Any information that we gather from our visitors will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes to help us improve the shopping experience for our customers.

 

/ Returns & Exchanges

We want every customer to be happy with their purchases from The TwenTea Company. Please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied. You may return teaware for a refund, minus shipping and  processing fee, within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges of our tea products.  However, if you are not satisfied with a tea you have ordered, please contact us and we will work with you to rectify the matter. 

 

Please follow these instructions:

1. Email us at admin@thetwenteacompany.com requesting return approval. Please include your name, order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.  

 

2. Once your Return is approved, we will email you a shipping label to return the products to us. Please pack with care.   

 

3. Once we have received the returned product in good condition, we will refund back to your original payment method, minus return shipping charges and a 10% processing fee.

Please note: Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded.

/TEA OF THE MONTH CLUB

  • You will receive a total of 6 oz of loose leaf tea per month, 2 oz per pack. 

  • **No coupons or discount codes** apply to any Tea of the Month Subscription purchases. If ordering additional products we recommend placing a separate order to utilize a discount code.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase Tea of the Month subscriptions.

  • US Territory Only.

  • All Tea Club memberships are prepaid and renewed automatically on the monthly, quarterly, or annual anniversary of your subscription date. 

  • Tea of the Month orders are shipped between the 1st and the 7th of each month via US Mail only. If you subscribe after these dates, you will receive your first shipment the following month.

  • If sending as a gift, we recommend ordering any other products for yourself separately.

  • The subscription will be sent monthly to the address you enter as your shipping address.

  • Tea selection is based on availability and is subject to change without notice. 

  • No substitutions permitted. 

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time.

Rental Policies

/ Reservations,Deposits, & Payments

Reservations are first come first serve. Your date and tea items are not reserved until the deposit is made.

Rental reservations are made by phone or email only. Please email us to book your rentals.

 

A deposit of 50% is required to hold a reservation and tea items. The remainder of balance is due 5 business days prior to party date. Balance can be paid in cash on delivery or pick up. No checks accepted day of party.

 

MasterCard, VISA, AMEX, Pay Pal, Zelle, Venmo and CashApp are accepted. Checks accepted by nonprofit organizations  or businesses only.

Credit Card is required to keep on file incase of loss or damages.

 

/Cancellations and Refunds

Orders cancelled within 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 25% of total invoice. Orders cancelled 10 business days prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total invoice. Orders cancelled the day of scheduled delivery will incur a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total invoice.

 

Refunds will be refunded within 7-10 business days of cancellations. If paid with credit card 4% of payment is non-refundable.

 

We take LAST MINUTE rental orders -- Call us to see if dates and tea items are available. In this case deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred to another party date.

 

Refunds are not given for unused items.

Delivery & Pickup

The TwenTea Company will deliver all tea items to your party location at the agreed upon time in your rent contract. At present, tea party rental services are only available for Greater Houston, TX and surrounding areas within a 25 mile radius for a fee of $15. Distances beyond 25 miles will incur an additional fee. ​​

Rental prices are for a 24 hour period. If rental order is not ready for pick up at the agreed-upon day and time you will be charged half the amount of your rental cost for every day items are unable to be retrieved.

 

​Items MUST be packed in containers prior to driver pickup. If Items are not in containers when the driver arrives there will be a $75.00 charge for packing.

/ Damaged, Lost, or Broken Items

The renter is responsible for the retail value in case of loss of items while in their possession. The renter is responsible for value of tea ware if broken and pieces are brought back to company. Rental cost will be applied to value.

 

The renter is responsible for returning any items that were not re-packed in containers when picked up by The TwenTea Company. 

 

Security is the renter's responsibility. Tea items must be protected from disappearance and weather related damage while in your possession.

Special containers are provided to ensure that you receive the tea ware in near perfect condition as possible.

 

/ Cleaning Policy

All tea ware should be free of food and drink before repacked in the containers provided at delivery. DO NOT hand wash or put in dishwasher, wipe clean of food and drink with a damp towel and repack items as safe as possible.

All items are deep cleaned and sanitized by The TwenTea Company staff. 

/ Setup & Breakdown

We would be happy to set up your tea tables for your perfect tea party for a fee starting at only $50.00. Fee will depend on size of party and items rented. The TwenTea Company will only setup items rented from our company.
